So I Will Weigh In With Him Every Day

i know who's in charge here.  The preparations of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord --[Proverbs 16:1] He's brought me out of the house of bondage, and i have no other gods.  Only Him.  his will and desires are important.  More important than my own and will always be.  His way is always best for me, so i will weigh in with Him every day. Empty talkers are spreading deception.  They may sound good but need to have their channels changed or turned off.

If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God.  If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever.  Amen. --[1 Peter 4:11]

i am an appointed elder in this city and i am glorifying God through Jesus Christ.  i don't know just how blameless i am now but i know i wasn't blameless in my past life.  Only God is to determine just how blameless i am.  He's in charge.

Guide me in glorifying You through Jesus Christ .  Please keep the idle talkers and stalkers and deceivers at bay, especially those who claim to be Christians.  It doesn't matter if they give me a bad name being Christian; my focus is on pleasing You.  Teach me to teach Your Word with accuracy and lead me to meditate on the right verses.  Put trust in the pastors i trust that they may refer me to the appropriate places in the Bible.  Help me to be sound in faith, love, and patience.  Help me to convey that You--not us--can permanently change lives for the better.  Keep my arrogance and ego out of the way and at bay.  May i always ask myself, "How are you pleasing the Lord today and how are you glorifying God through Jesus Christ today without lip service, without a deck of Jesus cards?"

Help me to take Your Word and show integrity, reverence, and incorruptibility--[Titus 2:7] Good Christians should keep each other accountable, with sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you. --[Titus 2:8]
