He Desires All Men to Be Saved

i must plan a strategy to avoid the wiles of the devil who will never get me to doubt goodness and truthfulness of God.  My environment, my circumstances, my thoughts, the people around me are all taken into account.  Tranquility and peace and serenity are all fruits of the Spirit.  i will drink the wine of this fruit with dignity and shamelessly.

for kings and all who are in authority that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.  for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. --[1 Timothy 2: 2-4]  i wish to be a light in this dark, sinful world.  God, You have promised me peace.  Place Your mighty hand on the heads of Laura and Damar according to Your unconditional love and grace and will.  My delight is in fearing You.  May Laura and Damar also fear in that delight.  If You shall take either one of them may their resting place be glorious.

i must work on my own personal holiness, transcend the lust, greed, and filth.  Consecrate my screens and appetites to the Lord.  He knows i can be lead into temptation.  He even knows ahead of time when i will be transgressing yet again.  To be holy simply because i know He's watching.  i don't need to be putting my hand in the cookie jar when it shouldn't be in there.  i have been given over to idols and still fall into that pattern at times.

It seems to be these days in our country, Jesus and His resurrection shouldn't be a strange thing to anybody's ears--it's just that we've consecrated lust, greed, and filth.  He has given each of us His essence.  He's given Himself to each of us for whom to grope.  He's not far from each one of us. - [Acts 17: 27] Mother Nature is married to Divine Nature and isn't in men's art or architecture as wonderful as that is.  i am in the process of repentance.  He's overlooked my ignorance long enough.
